What You 'll Be Doing * Serve as the primary contact for commercial insurance clients * Analyze business risks and recommend coverage strategies * Handle policy renewals, changes, and compliance documentation * Negotiate terms with carriers and underwriters * Partner with producers and account executives to support client retention What You Bring * 5+ years of commercial insurance account management experience * Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain) * Strong understanding of insurance products and risk assessment * Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills * A positive, team-focused attitude--you like helping people and contributing to a shared goal Join an award-winning agency that values integrity, professionalism, and community impact.
