You'll work daily qualified leads , inside a structured sales system , with hands-on coaching and daily accountability. This is a full-time immersion -- not a side hustle. SALES BOOTCAMP DETAILS * Location: Austin, TX * Duration: 6 weeks (full-time, in-person) * Included: * Daily preset leads * In-person sales training * Licensing support * Daily coaching & performance reviews RESPONSIBILITIES * Contact and close qualified inbound leads * Educate families on life insurance solutions * Help clients select coverage that fits their needs * Submit applications and manage follow-ups * Attend daily training, role-play, and mentorship sessions No prior insurance experience required -- licensing support provided. IDEAL BACKGROUND (NOT REQUIRED) * Door-to-door sales * Pest control * Alarm/security systems * Solar sales * Car sales * Cell phone or retail sales * Life insurance or financial services If you've worked commission-based sales, you'll transition well.
