We deliver facility management solutions and operational alleviation to businesses so they can focus on what they do best. The Role We're seeking a bold, self-driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and retain our client base across the Boise Metro area. This is a field- based/outside-sales, relationship-focused role. Roughly 80% in the field, cold-calling and meeting with prospective and active clients, and 20% in the office. You'll build, manage, and grow your own portfolio of clients , taking full ownership of the sales and account management lifecycle - from prospecting and closing new business to nurturing long-term client relationships and driving retention and expansion. This role does not manage people or have territorial exclusivity. While you'll work with a high level of independence and accountability, you'll be supported by an engaged executive team and part of a multi-market revenue operations team that collaborates to share insights, strategies, and tools for success. What You 'll Do * Generate new business through field prospecting, networking, and relationship-building * Lead the full sales cycle - from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close * Manage your accounts and client relationships throughout their lifecycle to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth * Partner with service providers to deliver high-quality client outcomes * Act independently and strategically to meet and exceed revenue goals * Contribute insights and market feedback, and act as a role model, to strengthen company strategy * Track activities, leads, and progress using company tools * Represent System4 with professionalism, initiative, and integrity in every interaction What You Bring * Driven by growth and impact, you approach challenges with positivity and persistence.
