Your role is to identify new sales opportunities, build and maintain relationships, and close deals for roofing services. You will work directly with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients to assess their needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless sales process from consultation to closing. Key Responsibilities *: - Prospect and Generate Leads : Actively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals. - Conduct On-Site Inspections : Visit potential customers' properties to assess roof conditions and discuss their needs.
