Job Summary: Implements sales strategies outlined by the Senior Management team. Generates leads and conducts sales calls to potential contract opportunities that will meet and exceed quota. Monitor and analyze sales and referral development to identify trends; make recommendations to company management that will improve business results. Prepares and updates sales forecasts for management using sales force. Completes sales strategies and action plans for identified targets of opportunity that clearly define objectives, goals, win strategies, and action assignments Meet and exceed goals and objectives with regard to individual quota. Contributes to team sales effort by accomplishing related results as needed Must have: Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Minimum five (5) years sales experience Minimum three (3) years pharmacy sales experience Ability to travel up to 70% of the time Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance Skills: Strong knowledge of pharmacy or long term care industry Ability to build trusting relationships Devise Sales Approaches & Solutions Expand and Advance Opportunities High-Impact Communication - verbal and written Strong work ethic and self-motivation Sales Negotiation Sales Opportunity Analysis Sustaining Customer Relationships Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively with customers and employees at all levels We are EOE INDRX Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * sales: 5 years (Required) * pharmacy sales: 3 years (Required) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
