We are seeking a motivated and licensed Real Estate Agent with a primary focus on leasing rental properties, while also supporting residential sales transactions. This role is ideal for agents who enjoy working with property owners and tenants. This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Burnsville for meetings, key/lockbox pickup or drop off or other related needs. Key Responsibilities * Prospect and work with landlords and tenants to lease rental properties * List, market, and show available rental properties * Negotiate lease terms and execute lease agreements * Prepare leasing contracts and related documentation * Maintain and update rental property listings and leasing records * Conduct market rent analyses and advise property owners on pricing * Support buyer and seller transactions as needed * List, market, and show properties for sale * Assist with purchase agreements and transaction coordination * Coordinate with lenders, escrow, inspectors, and other real estate professionals Compensation & Work Structure * Commission-based compensation * Remote role with flexible scheduling * Occasional travel required to Burnsville office Pay: $20,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
