Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an In Home Sales & Design Professional, where you will be the driving force behind transforming customer spaces through expert design consultations and personalized sales experiences. You will engage directly with clients in their homes, providing tailored solutions that enhance their living environments while managing the entire sales process from initial contact to project completion. Responsibilities * Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs, preferences, and space requirements, delivering engaging product demonstrations and design advice. * Develop customized design plans and present solutions that align with customer budgets and aesthetic goals. * Generate leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and territory management to expand our customer base. * Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating terms, and closing sales efficiently. * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage follow-ups, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with management on business development strategies to increase market share within assigned territories. * Provide excellent customer service by maintaining ongoing communication, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to project completion. * Conduct product demos and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, territory management efforts, and customer interactions for reporting purposes. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, in home sales or B2B sales, with a focus on technical or product-driven solutions. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation effectively. * Familiarity with CRM software for account management and analysis. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to sales and service delivery. * Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations confidently. * Demonstrated success in business development, inside/outside sales, or territory sales roles. * Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building rapport and managing client relationships over time. * Strong analysis skills to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. * A proactive attitude towards cold calling, direct sales efforts, and upselling strategies to maximize revenue streams.
