Job Summary Pacific Northwest Family Law is seeking a professional, client-focused Client Intake & Sales Representative to join our on-site Client Experience Team. This role is responsible for answering inbound calls, qualifying prospective clients, scheduling consultations, and onboarding new clients into the firm. This is a sales position in a professional services environment, not a paralegal or legal assistant role. The ideal candidate is comfortable having structured conversations, discussing fees, following scripts and systems, and helping prospective clients make informed decisions during a stressful time. Strong performers in this role are organized, calm under pressure, coachable, and motivated by clear goals and performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities * Answer inbound phone calls from prospective new clients * Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking family law services * Ask structured intake and qualifying questions to understand client needs * Explain the firm's process, timelines, and pricing structure clearly and professionally * Schedule case evaluations and kickoff meetings * Convert qualified prospective clients into retained clients * Guide new clients through the onboarding process after engagement * Maintain accurate call notes and client information using firm systems (including Clio) * Perform reception-style duties as needed, including call routing and front-desk support * Participate in initial training, ongoing coaching, and performance reviews * Follow established scripts, workflows, and ethical guidelines * Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure a smooth client handoff This position is on-site and may include limited cross-training with document support to ensure front desk coverage. Qualifications * Prior experience in sales, intake, client services, or a customer-facing role * Comfort discussing pricing and helping clients make decisions * Strong verbal communication and listening skills * Professional demeanor and emotional intelligence * Ability to follow systems, scripts, and coaching * Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable * Ability to work on-site during regular business hours Preferred but not required: * Experience in legal intake, medical intake, financial services, or professional services sales * Experience using CRM or case management software Please note: This is not a paralegal, legal assistant, or legal training position.
