About Us Castaway Marine is a family-owned boat dealership in Melbourne that helps people get on the water the right way. We work with both first-time boaters and experienced captains, and we believe buying a boat should feel exciting, not stressful. If you love boating and want a career that keeps you around the water, this might be a great fit. We're looking for a good person who enjoys boating and working with people to join our sales team. You don't need to be a "salesperson" -- if you know boats and enjoy helping customers, we can teach the rest. What You 'll Be Doing * Greet customers and help them feel comfortable * Learn what customers want to do on the water and guide them to the right boat * Walk customers through boats and explain features in a clear, honest way * Participate in on-the-water deliveries * Stay in touch with customers as they make their decision * Work closely with our service and finance team to ensure a smooth experience What We 're Looking For * Someone who genuinely enjoys boating or fishing * Comfortable talking to people and building trust * Honest, dependable, and coachable * Team-oriented attitude * Valid driver's license Sales experience is helpful but not required.
