Full description of the position

Stratus Building Solutions is hiring hunters and closers to sell commercial services to businesses across the Pacific Northwest. This is a high-earning, outside sales role for professionals who know how to prospect, present, and close. If you are motivated by commission, competition, and winning , this role gives you the opportunity to build six-figure income through performance. What You 'll Do * Prospect and develop new B2B clients * Meet decision-makers in person * Present proposals and close contracts * Build and manage a strong sales pipeline * Follow up, negotiate, and win deals * Partner with operations to launch new accounts What We 're Looking For * 3+ year of B2B, outside sales, or commission-based sales * Comfortable talking to business owners and managers * Strong closer mentality * Self-motivated, competitive, and disciplined * Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally What You Get * Base salary ($50,000 - $60,000 DOE) * Uncapped commission * Performance bonuses * Advancement opportunities into Sales Manager and Director roles * Sick Days/ PTO. * Vacation and Holidays. * Health, Dental, Vision insurance. * 401 (k) and company's matching.
