OMNI REMODELING In-Home Sales Consultant THE PERSON You're a closer. RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities of the Sales Consultant include (but are not limited to): In-Home Selling & Appointment Execution * Run company-provided, in-home sales appointments using Kitchen Saver's proven sales process * Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand homeowner goals and priorities * Present customized solutions with confidence, clarity, and professionalism * Handle objection effectively and guide customers toward confident decisions * Close sales during the appointment whenever possible using a one-call close model Personal Sales Performance & Accountability * Take full ownership of individual KPIs including close rate, NSLI, conversion, and cancellations * Consistently work toward weekly performance targets * Prepare thoroughly for each appointment to maximize opportunity * Follow up on open opportunities and pending decisions to completion Project Scope, Accuracy & Documentation * Accurately scope and price projects according to company standards * Complete contracts, photos, measurements, and CRM documentation correctly and on time * Sell projects cleanly to support smooth handoffs to Operations * Reduce downstream issues through attention to detail at the point of sale Customer Communication & Experience * Set clear, honest expectations around product, pricing, timeline, and next steps * Communicate professionally and consistently with homeowners * Support cancel-save and customer recover efforts as assigned * Uphold Omni Remodeling's reputation for integrity, professionalism, and care Training, Feedback & Team Participation * Fully participate in onboarding, training, role play, and ongoing development * Engage in coaching, ride-alongs, and performance feedback * Apply training concepts consistently and show measurable improvement * Contribute positively to team culture and competition QUALIFICATIONS * Proven sales experience with a strong record of goal attainment * One-call close home improvement experience strongly preferred * Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills * Comfortable selling face-to-face in an in-home environment * Thrives in a fast-paced, appointment-driven role * Flexible and responsive as opportunities arise * Ability to obtain and maintain active Maryland and D.C. sales licenses * Valid driver's license with reliable transportation throughout MD, VA, and DC * Ability to obtain and maintain personal auto insurance coverage that meets company-required limits * Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and have a clean driving record (MVR) THE COMPANY - OMNI REMODELING Omni Remodeling is a purpose-driven, people-first company transforming homes across our community with craftsmanship, care, and integrity.
