Location: Austin, TX (In-Person) Type: Full-Time Pay: $650/week base + commission (average earnings $100,000+ per year) About the Role If you're looking to break into sales and want a career where your hard work actually pays off, this is it. We're hiring Account Executives to join our growing life insurance team at our Austin, TX office. This is an in-person, full-time position where you'll be making outbound calls to warm leads (people who have already shown interest), having real conversations about their coverage needs, and helping them complete their applications. You don't need prior sales or insurance experience. We'll teach you everything you need to know. You'll also work side by side with licensed life insurance agents and get plenty of on-the-job training and mentorship.
