Previous In-Home Sales Experience Required Are you outgoing, social, and naturally assertive? Summary: Sells approved heating and air conditioning products, including Indoor Air Quality, to commercial business establishments and individual homeowners. Listens to the needs of customers, works with them to determine the best new equipment and Indoor Air Quality to meet their needs, and does whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and company goals. Salary Range: $150,000-200,000K + yearly Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned): * Attend weekly sales meetings, service meetings, and other meetings or training sessions as required. * Training wage for 8 weeks, after that base plus commission * Sales experience preferred, but not necessarily required * The Company and the Design Consultant share responsibility for the profit of each job. Commissions are always paid after the job costing is complete, based on the actual profitability of the job. Will receive 2%-12% per job based on profitability. * Design Consultants are responsible for knowing the Company's sales policies and procedures. * Handle all sales leads and calls furnished by the Company in a timely and professional manner and communicate the disposition of each lead with the Sales Manager. * Design Consultants agree to be available by phone from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm daily. * Familiarize yourself with the Company's payment terms and communicate these terms with customers at the time a contract is signed. * Design Consultants agrees to not contact or solicit business from any customer of the Company for a period of two years after termination or separation of employment and this agreement. * Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. * Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, and that can be easily transferred to the installation team. * Obtain signatures of authorization from the homeowner prior to the start of the project. * Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing. * Get potential customers excited about Anderson Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., and encourage them to spread the word. * Become an expert in your market area, and know the customer needs. * Help set aggressive sales plans, and propose expansions.
