We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Licensed Real Estate Assistant to support a high-producing solo broker operating within a larger brokerage. This role blends administrative, transaction coordination, and sales support responsibilities , allowing the broker to stay focused on clients, negotiations, and business growth. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, licensed in Texas, and comfortable managing both behind- the-scenes operations and client-facing tasks. Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Business Support * Manage the broker's calendar, appointments, deadlines, and follow-ups * Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries as appropriate * Maintain organized and compliant transaction and client files in accordance with TREC and brokerage policies * Track tasks, contracts, and pipeline activity to keep the broker on schedule * Assist with day-to-day business operations and special projects Transaction Coordination & Compliance * Support transactions from listing agreement through closing * Prepare, review, and manage contracts, addenda, disclosures, and amendments * Coordinate with clients, cooperating agents, title companies, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys * Ensure all documents are executed, submitted, and uploaded on time to MLS/Loopnet/Crexi and transaction management systems * Monitor contract timelines and communicate critical dates to the broker Sales & Client Support * Assist with buyer and seller on boarding and client communications * Follow up with leads, past clients, and prospects as directed * Schedule showings, inspections, appraisals, and closings * Provide high-quality client service to ensure a smooth transaction experience Marketing & Listings Support * Input and maintain listings in MLS/Loopnet/Crexi * Coordinate photography, signage, lockboxes, and showing instructions * Assist with marketing materials, email campaigns, and social media content * Maintain CRM and help manage the broker's sales pipeline Qualifications : Required * Active Texas Real Estate License (preferred; inactive considered) * Experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, or sales support * Working knowledge of Texas real estate contracts and TREC/TAR forms * Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously * Proficiency with MLS/Loopnet/Crexi, transaction management, and CRM systems Preferred * Prior experience supporting a solo agent or broker * Familiarity with brokerage compliance standards and systems * Marketing or CRM experience * Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative Skills & Attributes * Highly organized and deadline-driven * Client-focused and professional in all interactions * Detail-oriented with strong follow-through * Comfortable wearing multiple hats (admin + sales support) * Trustworthy, dependable, and proactive Compensation & Benefits * Competitive hourly rate or salary (based on experience and license status) * Bonus or commission opportunities tied to performance * Flexible schedule potential * Opportunity to grow with the broker as the business expands How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing your real estate experience and why you are a good fit for a solo broker environment.
