You'll work closely with ownership, gain exposure to all sides of the business, and be trusted with real responsibility. Work Arrangement This is a hybrid role designed to grow with you: * You'll start full-time in the office to learn our systems, clients, and workflows * As you develop independence, the role can evolve to 1 remote day per week, with potential for 2 days over time * We value in-person collaboration and mentorship, so regular office presence is important Requirements * Active California P&C license * 2-4 years of commercial insurance experience * Applied EPIC experience preferred (but not required) * Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently * Coachable, curious, and committed to continuous improvement Responsibilities * Support the owner/broker in servicing existing commercial clients * Assist with account development and claims reporting * Prepare ACORD applications, submissions, and proposals * Pre-qualify and assist with marketing new business * Bind renewals and new business as needed * Review applications, endorsements, and policies for accuracy and quality control * Maintain and update client records in the agency management system * Review and resolve certificate deficiencies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $78,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Application Question(s): * What AMS do you have experience with?
