You'll work closely with ownership, gain exposure to all sides of the business, and be trusted with real responsibility. Work Arrangement This is a hybrid role designed to grow with you:
• You'll start full-time in the office to learn our systems, clients, and workflows
• As you develop independence, the role can evolve to 1 remote day per week, with potential for 2 days over time
• We value in-person collaboration and mentorship, so regular office presence is important

Requirements

• Active California P&C license
• 2-4 years of commercial insurance experience
• Applied EPIC experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Coachable, curious, and committed to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Support the owner/broker in servicing existing commercial clients
• Assist with account development and claims reporting
• Prepare ACORD applications, submissions, and proposals
• Pre-qualify and assist with marketing new business
• Bind renewals and new business as needed
• Review applications, endorsements, and policies for accuracy and quality control
• Maintain and update client records in the agency management system
• Review and resolve certificate deficiencies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $78,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
