Job Type: Seasonal - Sales Leaders Role We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Lead to oversee retail operations . This position leads the sales team and manages operations across our services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team and operations
• Manage and coordinate all company services
• Drive sales performance and ensure team goals are met
• Coach, train, and support team members
• Handle escalated customer situations
• Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with procedures
• Support daily setup, scheduling, and smooth port operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and team leadership
• Strong retail sales background
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume environments
• Cash-handling and computer proficiency
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 30 lbs
• Bilingual preferred
