Overview Join a dynamic team as a Sales Support Specialist/Sales Coordinator and become a vital driver of the company's business growth! In this energetic role, you will coordinate sales activities, manage client relationships, and support our outside and inside sales teams in an administrative capacity. The Sales Coordinator role supports the North America Sales Organization by building and maintaining strong customer relationships while managing critical sales, operational, and development processes. This role requires strong project management capabilities and advanced Excel skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track progress, and ensure the successful execution of sales activities. Duties * Support the sales team in managing territory sales and developing new business opportunities through proactive lead generation. * Assist with account management by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities. * Coordinate product demos, presentations, and technical sales consultations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and new markets for expansion. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for B2B marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads. * Support negotiation processes with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining excellent customer service standards. * Manage inside sales efforts including follow-up communications, order processing, and resolving client inquiries promptly. * Manage day-to-day communication with assigned accounts and ensure that clients feel informed and supported. * Handle managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing requests and setting expectations. * communicate pricing, product updates, forecasts, or delivery timelines to clients, particularly when details are time-sensitive or changing. * Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships while supporting sales representatives and internal stakeholders. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree is required. * 2-3 years of recent experience in supporting sales representatives in an administrative or coordinator role and/or, retail or project management experience. * Strong time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple accounts and territories effectively. * Fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory. * Strong technology skills, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and database expertise is required. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis. * Knowledge of territory management techniques and inside sales processes. * Analytical skills to interpret market data and optimize sales approaches. * Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering tailored solutions through product demos and upselling opportunities.
