In this customer-facing role, you'll engage directly with shoppers, providing expert product guidance and helping customers stay connected at home and on the go. Key Responsibilities: * Approach and engage retail customers in a friendly, consultative manner. * Present and promote a full suite of TV, internet, and phone solutions. * Customize service packages based on each customer's needs, preferences, and budget. * Educate customers on product features, benefits, and special promotions. * Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. * Stay current on the latest product updates, pricing changes, and promotions. * Represent RI Greensboro professionally, maintaining high ethical standards. What We're Looking For: * High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree prefered * Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience (6+ months preferred). * Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. * Motivated, positive, and driven to achieve goals. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail sales environment. * Open to flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings.
