Sales * Meet with homeowners and business owners who need help with fire, water, or mold damage. * Explain how we can solve their problem--clearly, confidently, and with empathy. * Follow up. Close the deal. Make sure they know they're in good hands. Marketing * Build and maintain relationships with plumbers, HVAC techs, insurance agents, property managers--people who send work your way. * Attend networking events, community meetups, even drop-ins--anything to grow your presence and your pipeline. * Think creatively about ways to stay top of mind and top of the industry. If you already have a book of business or some solid contacts in your network--huge bonus. But if you don't, we'll help you build one.
