Job Summary This is not a traditional sales job. Nimbus ([please apply online] is a compliant hemp-based THC seltzer brand owned by Splash Beverage Group Inc. We are launching Nimbus into the Florida market and are seeking an entrepreneurial Route Sales Executive to build, own, and grow a protected sales territory centered in the Bradenton area. This role is designed for a self-starter who wants to get in early on a fast- growing consumer category and build long-term value through route ownership-- similar to the old-school beverage route model that created significant wealth for early route operators as brands and categories scaled. Responsibilities - Build and manage a protected sales route for Nimbus THC Seltzer in the Bradenton area - Open and service licensed retail and approved on-premise accounts (where permitted) - Educate accounts on hemp-derived THC compliance, product benefits, and responsible use - Merchandise, restock, and maintain point-of-sale visibility - Develop and maintain strong relationships with account owners and managers - Act as a brand ambassador and execute marketing initiatives for Nimbus in an emerging category - Manage route growth, execution, and customer service independently - Provide market feedback to help shape the future of brand and route strategy Qualifications This role is ideal for someone who: - Has a strong entrepreneurial mindset - Is excited about the burgeoning THC sector, particularly compliant hemp- based products - Wants to build something from the ground up and own their success - Is comfortable working independently and managing their own time and results - Sees this as a long-term opportunity rather than a short-term job Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * Cell phone reimbursement * Employee discount * Mileage reimbursement * Opportunities for advancement Work Location: On the road
