Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission Only Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for building relationships with clients in order to meet and exceed sales targets. Pay * 10% of Gross on booked Moves * 30% of net revenue on all other work * Draw available Responsibilities * Conduct cold calling to generate leads and establish new client relationships. * Visiting 50-100 businesses a week and building relationships. * Utilize Hubspot for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on progress. * Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives. * Manage a designated territory, ensuring effective coverage and follow-up with potential customers. * Deliver surveys to showcase features and benefits, addressing any client inquiries or concerns. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for lead generation and account management. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. * In office each morning 7am. Skills * Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective account management. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients. * Strong lead generation capabilities, demonstrating initiative in seeking out new business opportunities. * Effective territory management skills to maximize coverage and efficiency. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential clients. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with customers. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, capable of managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
