About the Role

: You'll be the expert advisor when customers request service from Integra Electrical. Your job isn't to pressure or pitch -- it's to make a connection , earn trust, and guide people through their options with clarity and confidence. We'll train you to follow a simple, repeatable consultation process that leads to success. You'll meet with pre-qualified leads (no cold calls or door knocking!) and help customers understand their options for improving safety, comfort, and efficiency in their homes. This role is all about people -- not products. You don't need technical experience. You need empathy, energy, and follow-through.
