This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact with a dealership that values innovation, rewards leadership, and is committed to long-term career growth. 106-year-old, family-run automotive group with 20 locations throughout Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, and Texas Conveniently located off the Beltway at Exit 13 in the Ritchie Station Market A welcoming, team-oriented environment you'll be proud to call your work family Responsibilities * Lead and support daily sales operations for new and pre-owned vehicles * Develop and refine sales processes to drive consistent results * Train, coach, and motivate Sales Consultants * Monitor sales performance and key metrics * Collaborate with the Sales Management team * Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures * Provide ongoing performance coaching * Maintain a positive, customer-focused culture * Ensure all deals are completed and submitted to the Finance Department Requirements * Automotive sales management experience * Experience managing used vehicle sales preferred * Strong leadership and communication skills * Proficiency with CRM and DMS systems * Results-driven mindset with accountability * Professional appearance and strong work ethic * Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment * Valid driver 's license At Pohanka, you'll work alongside a dedicated team of professionals who take pride in what they do and support one another's success.
