Will train for Medical Marketing Industry I got tired of spending time interviewing average producers and it occurred to me that the ad must not be right and I should go outside of the box to find who I am looking for. I am personally writing this ad as the CEO in order to attract the person I've been looking for. (More on this in the video from me below if you prefer to watch than read) I am looking for a top closer. I don't care what industry, but someone who gets it done. A professional who works on his craft and has a grasp of the "one call close". Top producers are the unicorns in the sales world and the only people I want on the team. Most great sales people want to know right away what is the position exactly 4 main things 1. What will I be selling and who is the buyer? 2. Does what I sell work? 3. How do I get leads? Or Sales cycles? 4. What is the real opportunity available here to me to make some great money? I will take the time to answer each one of them here. * What will I be selling and who is the buyer? We are a medical marketing company that provides proven marketing for clinics across the US. The clinics we service provide treatments alternative to the pills and surgery offered by typical primary care options. These treatments include addressing nerve damage in the hands and feet called neuropathy, medical weight loss programs, CoolSculpting, Sexual Health treatments for erectile dysfunction, hormone therapies for men (testosterone) and women to name a few. We personally have 2 clinics that we manage and test all our marketing and systems prior to offering them to clients. Our treatments have phenomenal results but are not covered by insurance. To get the level of life and state of health that most people are looking for requires going outside of what is considered standard care covered by insurance at a primary care doctor's office. These treatments are not covered by insurance and are paid by the patient. The buyer is medical office interested in growing their patient base and improving their systems to help more patients. You would meet with these providers/clinic owners via zoom or phone. This position exists so that a person with a high level of communication can communicate the improvements our marketing and systems will give their office and help them succeed in business. It does not take somebody with a strong knowledge of medicine to do this. that can be easily taught. it takes someone with a high level of communication. Hours are traditional week M-F 9AM-5PM. 2.Does what I sell work? All our marketing has been proven with a minimum 3+ return on investment in our own clinics prior to offering it to clients. We have been marketing for over 20 years with proven systems to get new patients in the door and successfully enroll them in cash services. 3. How do I get leads? or sales cycles? Great marketing and sales has the lifeblood of most businesses. we mark it via all available successful methods including tv, digital marketing, direct mail and events. We are top notch marketers And make a significant investment in our marketing every month overseen by a marketing team of five people. 4. What is the real opportunity available here to me to make some great money? Anyone we put in this position has to be a great closer because there is only one to two of these positions available, therefore it's expected that they produce enough to make over six figures. Top producers who are not lazy traditionally make between $150,000 to 250,000 per year.
