In-Home Sales Closer (Roof/Attic/Ladder) -- No Cold Calling Pay: $75,000 - $150,000+ per year (Guaranteed weekly pay or commission -- whichever is greater) Type: Full-time | 1099 Contract | Bonus Opportunities Schedule: Day shift | In person Can you close? Like actually close? Not "talk a good game." Not "great at rapport." I mean: you walk into a home, run the inspection, present the solution, handle objections, and get the agreement signed. You must be fluent, confident, and able to explain what you're selling like a pro. $100K+ is realistic in year one for a real closer. This is NOT hype.
