Job Title: Fixed Indexed Annuity Sales Representative Location: San Diego, CA (in-office position) Hours: 30 hours per week Compensation: 100% commission (high earning potential) About Us We're a small, established retirement planning business that helps everyday people protect and grow their savings using fixed indexed annuities (FIAs). We provide a steady flow of warm leads from people who've asked for help -- and we're looking for someone who can build trust, explain solutions clearly, and close sales. Who We 're Looking For * Licensed to sell life/annuity products in California (required). * Comfortable talking on the phone and meeting with people. * Quick on your feet, able to follow and adapt sales scripts. * Persistent but personable -- can handle outbound prospecting and re-engaging leads. * Experience selling annuities or other retirement/insurance products is a plus. What You 'll Do * Call and connect with past and current leads every day to uncover sales opportunities. * Educate prospects on how FIAs work and how they can protect retirement savings. * Meet with interested prospects (in office or via Zoom) to explain options and close sales. * Use provided tools and proven scripts to help guide conversations and build rapport. Compensation This is a commission-only opportunity with no hourly pay. Successful producers typically earn strong first-year commissions and create long-term renewal income.
