Our company is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Account Manager. This is a performance-driven role where you'll learn the ins and outs of consultative sales, client management, and leadership. In this role, you'll experience what it's like working directly with business clients. You'll also develop vital skills while working alongside a high-performing team that values results and innovation. Your duties as an Entry Level Account Manager will include: * Engaging directly with business clients to understand their communication needs and offer tailored AT&T solutions. * Driving new business by presenting, promoting, and selling products and services to local businesses. * Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure long-term client satisfaction. * Analyzing client accounts and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions. * Participating in team strategy meetings and providing input to enhance sales campaigns. * Tracking sales performance and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. * Collaborating with management to develop leadership and operational skills. * Supporting day-to-day office and operational tasks as part of your management training development.
