Responsibilities * Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve community engagement and revenue targets. * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to local market needs, leveraging insights from analysis skills and market research. * Build and nurture lasting relationships with local business partners, stakeholders, and community organizations through proactive outreach and networking. * Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and expanding our community footprint. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that promote our services and enhance brand visibility within the community. * Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team. * Expertise in business development, account management, negotiation, and strategic planning. * Familiarity with marketing principles and experience implementing successful outreach campaigns. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis. * Excellent communication skills combined with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities. * Demonstrated leadership qualities with a passion for customer service excellence. * Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
