Job description: Locally owned, long-established, reputable company seeking an experienced outside salesperson/estimator to join our roofing sales team. We provide an array of services: * Exterior installation/replacement - roof replacement, gutter installation, gutter protection installation, skylight installation. * Exterior maintenance - roof leak repair, roof cleaning and preserving, gutter cleaning. Comprehensive training in estimating each of these areas will be provided to the right individual but some similar past experience is strongly recommended. Past roofing experience strongly preferred. This position involves a variety of sales functions: Primarily estimating company provided leads, systematic and enthusiastic lead follow up and conversion, and team-oriented customer service. On rare occasion, a superstar may also choose to perform direct prospecting of self generated leads if time permits. Candidate will need to have a proven ability to close sales. Experience in home services, construction or other related skilled trades is a plus, particularly if in a sales capacity. If you haven 't consistently closed in home services (or similar high-ticket, in-home sales), this won't be a fit. Must have a clean/good driving record, insurance and a valid driver's license. A company vehicle and gas card will be provided. We are not the kind of company to overstate earnings potential just to attract candidates - we would rather you have honest expectations that you are comfortable with. * Compensation: $4,000/mo guarantee (first 3 months) -> then 100% commission * Year 1 realistic: $80-85k * Established: $85-120k+ * Top performers: $125-200k+ * Benefits: company vehicle + gas card; no insurance If you are ready for an opportunity to move to the next level and prove what you can do, contact us.
