Residential Elevator and Commercial Lift Sales Specialist We are seeking a salesman's salesman that enjoys visiting their builder clients regularly; being in the field to measure jobs and assure accuracy from sale to pre-installation; strives to build lasting relationships in-person from purchasing agents and construction superintendents to company CEOs and elevator inspectors; working directly with homeowners who seek to add an elevator to their existing home; and when not on the road, enjoys working from the office along with your extended sales team to quickly and professionally generate winning elevator proposals. Charleston presents one of the top markets in the United States for home elevators, and Professional Lift Solutions is one of the largest providers in the country; we're looking for someone who values opportunity and seeks to aggressively exploit it while taking exceptional care of our clients and earning an incredible living. Duties: - Utilize an entrepreneurial management style to optimize the company's state of South Carolina operations, and exploit a prior background in our industry to achieve success that otherwise has been illusive. - Identify existing and prospective home builder and contractor contacts, promote our company, project management and installation capabilities, and high-end brands of elevators and lifts. - Be methodical in visiting builders both new and existing, and visiting jobsites for frequent inspection to confirm measures and ready-for-install - Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals - Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients - Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery and installation - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions by working closely with our elevator manufacturing partners and our internal product leaders. Skills: - Proven experience in technical sales or account management, with priority given for home builder experience - Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Self-motivated with a strong drive -- a burning fire -- for results - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; if the installation crew could use help to move a lift into place, for instance, be willing to lead and help as needed - Business development mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets - Proficiency in technology sales, including knowledge of Salesforce If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales leadership and a desire to excel in the residential elevator and commercial wheelchair lift market, we want to hear from you.
