J &B Sales Co. is a manufacturer's representative sales organizations servicing to the Arizona HVAC, Plumbing and Industrial markets. Founded in 1963, we specialize in Boilers, Heat Transfer, Pumping, Piping and related systems. We serve Mechanical and Plumbing Contractors, as well as Industrial and Institutional Users. While providing quality products to our consumers, our staff provides unprecedented customer service, technical assistance, and education to the industries. We are currently seeking to fill outside sales representative for our Mechanical Division, including entry level through highly experienced. The Outside Sales Representative ensures attainment of Company goals and objectives by professionally presenting the Company, its products and programs to qualified customers and prospects within the assigned territory; sales personnel are polite, friendly and professional at all times. Salary is made up of base pay, commission, auto and bonuses. Pre-employment screens are required. Responsibilities Include: * Achieve sales, gross profit dollars and gross profit percentage as well as other assigned objectives in accordance with sales goals established by regional sales management and corporate sales management; * Actively, aggressively and consistently call on assigned mechanical contractors and mechanical engineers in accordance with sales consultant policy and procedure; which includes calling on all assigned accounts each month; * Develop a relationship with customer by providing professional representation and assistance in all areas to improve customer's profits; * Presentation of product samples, where applicable, during sales call; * Prepares customer quotes per customer requirements and follow up until resolution; * Works closely with the sales manager and inside sales personnel to promote all products represented * Actively learn and educate on product knowledge through webinars and in house trainings * Attends and participates in all scheduled events, including sales meetings, training classes and other business related gatherings; * Maintain the highest ethical standards consistent with good judgment, company policy and objectives. Requirements Include: Strong sales / customer service / ability to react to customer needs, knowledge, experience, organization and presentation skills with ability to meet deadlines. Valid driver's license, good driving record with proof of insurance. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; knowledge of computer programs to include MS Office 365, CRM, and estimating software. .
