We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with strong knowledge of the trucking and transportation industry. The ideal candidate will be based in the Austin Tx area and have a proven background in sales, preferably in trailers, trucks, or related heavy equipment. This role will focus on building strong relationships with trucking companies, owner-operators, and fleet managers to drive trailer sales growth in the region. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing (assigned) customers in the trucking Industry Prospect and identify opportunities to grow trailer sales across Texas. Provide expert product knowledge on trailers and related equipment. Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close sales. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and delivery process. Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Job Qualifications Three or more years of sales experience, preferably in the trucking, trailer, or heavy equipment industry. Strong understanding of the trucking and transportation sector. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Based in the Austin TX area with the ability to travel within Texas as needed. Bilingual is preferred but not required. Must have basic computer skills. Pay structure to be discussed at interview.
