Schmidt Brothers Roofing is looking to acquire or hire someone who is self- motivated, punctual, dependable, and looking for work in sales. This is a commission based opportunity for the right person. We install asphalt shingle roofs in Southern MN and the Twin Cities. The roofing sales position is responsible for the following: * Receive asphalt shingle roofing sales leads, manage communication with customers for inspection, estimating, scheduling and invoicing. * Minimum 1 year exterior (Roofing, sidings etc.) sales experience required. * Door to door to create leads for yourself. Higher commissions on self-generated leads. * Managing the sales process for each job they sell. Includes, but not limited to, ordering materials, purchasing a permit, scheduling subcontractors, scheduling job with customer, arranging for disposal, etc. * Training and tools to use during the sales process will be provided. Requirements: - Self Motivated & desire to sell. - Valid Drivers License - Insurance (We can help with setup) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Saint Paul, MN
