Inside Sales Representative - Telesales Outbound Campaigns (No Cold Calling) $18/hour + commission, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm Join a fast-paced, performance-driven sales team where your communication skills and career mindset will thrive. We're hiring a Sales Representative to contact existing customers using Predictive Dialer Technology , present solutions based on State and Federal regulation changes , and offer subscription services such as compliance postings and digital training products. NO COLD CALLING. Key Responsibilities * Contact existing customers through company-provided campaigns (no cold calling) * Communicate regulatory updates and present relevant subscription solutions * Achieve daily and monthly performance goals including: * Number of dials * Talk time * Sales conversion rate * Average order value * Total revenue generated * Return percentage * Maintain high standards for customer experience and sales accuracy * Modify customer accounts and input order details into CRM systems * Stay current on product offerings, company procedures, and industry trends * Participate in coaching sessions to improve objection handling and sales techniques * Collaborate with supervisors and mentors through call listening and role-playing exercises Daily Expectations * Make an average of 200 outbound calls per day using Predictive Dialer * Target 5 -8 orders per day, averaging 30 dials per order * Enter orders into sales tracking systems accurately * Engage in daily, weekly, and monthly performance incentives * Contribute to a competitive and supportive team environment Qualifications * Strong verbal communication and customer service skills * Willingness to learn and grow through coaching and feedback * Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and take on new responsibilities * Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM/order entry systems * Career-focused mindset with a drive to exceed goals Top Skills for Success * Outbound sales and telesales * Predictive dialer experience * Customer relationship management * Objection handling and closing techniques * Performance tracking and goal setting * Team collaboration and adaptability Apply now to join a company that invests in your growth, rewards performance, and helps businesses stay compliant and informed.
