Job Posting: Salesman at Battleborn Painting Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Battleborn Painting is currently seeking a full-time Salesman to join our team. We are looking for a hybrid sales team member. This role will have the option to be either full time salary, partial commission or 1099.

Responsibilities

:

• Promote and sell our painting services, gutter installations, concrete coatings, and nano coatings to residential and commercial clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate quotes to potential clients.
• Utilize your construction background to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Requirements

:

• Proven sales experience in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Construction background is a bonus.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
