Job Posting: Salesman at Battleborn Painting Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Battleborn Painting is currently seeking a full-time Salesman to join our team. We are looking for a hybrid sales team member. This role will have the option to be either full time salary, partial commission or 1099. Responsibilities: * Promote and sell our painting services, gutter installations, concrete coatings, and nano coatings to residential and commercial clients. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. * Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate quotes to potential clients. * Utilize your construction background to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients. * Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas. Requirements: * Proven sales experience in a related field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Construction background is a bonus. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented. * Valid driver's license.
