This is a unique office position that requires a detail-oriented, persistent, motivated individual. We're looking for a results-driven sales professional who also has the ability to close sales, actively seek out and engage client prospects, effectively manage relationships with existing clients, utilize existing systems for efficient routing and scheduling, and fit our local family-business culture. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every client in order to boost top-line revenue growth, client acquisition levels and profitability. Guardian Pest Control has a comprehensive training program that incorporates both classroom and on-the-job learning to ensure you have all the knowledge necessary to perform the job as an expert in your field. Responsibilities * Present, promote and sell the appropriate services by using company supplied sales scripts to existing and prospective clients * Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs * Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships * Reach out to client leads through cold calling * Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments * Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports * Utilize existing customer management software to create and manage technician routes. * Keep current of best practices and promotional trends * Continuously improve through feedback Required Skills * Proven work experience as a sales representative * Previous Customer Service experience * Tech savvy * Familiarity with sales training programs and customer service skills along with ability to build productive business professional relationships * Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Works well in a team-oriented environment * Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills * Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs through company-provided sales scripts * Relationship management skills and openness to feedback * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 45 - 57 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Commission pay * Performance bonus Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Rotating weekends Work Location: In person
