Benefits: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off * Employee Discounts Responsibilities * Communicate with new and existing about services, vehicles and all aspects of the company; act as a primary point of contact for information and product education * Discuss pricing and financing options for vehicles with customers * Test drive vehicles with interested parties as needed and demonstrate vehicle features * Maintain relationships with new customers through follow-ups and build rapport with repeat customers * Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet or exceed expectations * Effectively work with other members of staff to make sure all customer needs are met and any outstanding issues are addressed * Stay up to date with new vehicles and services offered by dealership * Tracks and responds to all Internet leads (referral services and website) * Monitors incoming e-mail traffic from website and referral services * Develops client prospecting file upon receipt of a lead * Quotes pricing, rates and automobile availability to clients * Presents and demonstrates inventory * Receives on-line and manual Credit Applications * Remains current with products, market trends, and certifications * Understands and implements the dealership sales process * Maintains "Customer Service Index", "Gross Average", and monthly units Qualifications * Previous experience in a sales-oriented role preferred * Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required - we will train the right candidate for the job! * Bilingual is a plus! * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and drive sales * Basic computer skills required, especially related to notetaking and email communication * Valid US Driver's license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Dealership Sales: 2 years (Preferred) * Sales: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
