Job Overview: As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. Your primary goal will be to foster relationships with potential clients and effectively communicate the value of our services. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. - Introduce our roofing services and explain their benefits. - Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients. - Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information. - Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize appointment-setting opportunities. - Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics. - Collaborate with the sales team to align on strategies and target audiences. Qualifications: - Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred). - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
