Responsibilities * Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate auto parts and accessories based on their vehicle needs * Provide expert advice on automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures * Manage inventory levels through inventory management systems (CMMS) and inventory control practices * Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or credit payments with professionalism * Maintain organized stock shelves, ensure proper stocking, and fulfill order requests efficiently * Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and new products to customers * Ensure excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone and respond promptly to inquiries * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high standard of customer service * Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards * Assist with order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and inventory audits as needed Skills * Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and service procedures * Proven sales management experience with excellent negotiation skills * Proficiency in retail math, Microsoft Excel, and organizational skills for inventory control * Familiarity with automotive repair tools such as CMMS systems and POS platforms * Exceptional communication skills, including bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or others) preferred * Experience with dealership operations or retail sales environments is advantageous * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette * Knowledge of automotive maintenance standards and inventory management techniques * Strong organizational skills for stocking, order fulfillment, and maintaining a tidy work environment * Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients This position is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about automotive industry products and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
