Tree Service Express, Inc. is a family owned and operated, TCIA Accredited, and ISA Certified Arborist company serving Florida's Space Coast since 2009. As we continue to grow our Tree Care division, we are looking to add a Sales Arborist to drive new business and expand customer relationships. Position Overview The Sales Arborist focuses fully on sales and client relationships. This role meets with residential and commercial customers, evaluates tree and palm needs, recommends service plans, and closes work. This position fits someone who enjoys field based sales, face to face conversations, and building long term revenue. What You Will Do * Meet with customers to give tree service estimates * Recommend and sell tree care, PHC, and pruning services * Build and manage a personal book of business * Follow up with clients to drive repeat work and referrals * Partner with operations teams to scope sold work accurately * Maintain customer and sales activity records What We Are Looking For * ISA Certified Arborist Required * Strong sales mindset with customer facing experience * Comfortable closing work and handling objections * Organized, self directed, and dependable * Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation and Benefits * Full time, year round position * 401k with company match * Paid vacation and holidays * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Training and support for certifications and professional growth About Us At Tree Service Express, Inc., we take pride in professionalism, safety, and education.
