Duties and Responsibilities : * Create self-generated leads * Deliver in-person sales presentations to household decision maker(s), Actively listen to their needs to determine appropriate solutions. * Prepare estimates based on current labor and material prices * Meet with homeowners to assess storm damage to home's exterior * Meet with insurance adjusters to assist with inspections and complete sale * Create and maintain long-lasting customer relationships * Respond to all phone calls and emails within 1 business day unless agreed upon beforehand (not expected while on PTO) * Attend weekly meeting * Utilize company software * Track and hit Agreed upon Metrics If you are looking to take control of your income and unlock your sales potential, please apply today! Qualification and Skill requirements: * At Least 18 years of age * High school diploma or equivalent * No Sales Experience Necessary * Comfortable working in an unsupervised environment * Ability to effectively utilize selling techniques that we will share * Must successfully pass a background check * Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance * Must have a mobile phone About the Company: Willow Ash Roofing At Willow Ash Roofing, we pride ourselves in providing our clients with a simple, proactive approach to assisting them with their exterior home renovation projects.
