Experience in the staffing or PEO industry preferred. Will be responsible for developing business opportunities through cold calling, networking and direct mail campaigns. * Develop relationships with businesses to grow client base. * Sales through networking, cold calling and non-traditional resources. * Develop marketing campaigns and sales strategies * Prepare and present proposals for services to multi-disciplined prospect companies * Must have at least 1 year proven track record in business to business sales * Excellent customer service, sales, and relationship building skills. * The ability to search out, screen, network and close sale * A strong work ethic motivated by an uncapped earning potential. * The ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service. * The ability to work independently and take direction. * Must be a driven professional motivated by challenges, opportunities and commitment. * Base salary plus commissions, expenses and mileage.
