We are a dynamic sales partner working on behalf of Frontier, a leading provider of communication services. Our mission is to deliver exceptional in- person customer experiences while fostering strong community relationships and driving growth for Frontier's products and services. We are seeking a professional and motivated Sales Associate to represent Frontier in direct customer engagements. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate information, understanding customer needs, and promoting Frontier's offerings with integrity and enthusiasm. This role emphasizes face-to-face interaction, customer service excellence, and achieving sales performance goals. Sales Associate Responsibilities * Serve as a brand ambassador by professionally engaging customers in person at designated locations. * Establish rapport, assess customer needs, and provide clear, informative presentations of Frontier products and services. * Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience. * Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and contribute to overall team performance. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and report feedback to management. * Uphold company standards of professionalism, appearance, and conduct at all times. Sales Associate Qualifications * Professional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups effectively. * Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build trust. * Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as required. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
