Responsibilities

of a Sales & Customer Service Trainee:

• Speak with current and potential customers and businesses, promoting products and services based on their telecommunications needs
• Build lasting relationships with clients, providing support throughout the service enrollment process, ensuring satisfaction and customer loyalty
• Attend weekly meetings with the sales team and other Sales & Customer Service Trainees to improve sales and drive business growth
• Track sales performance by keeping accurate records of all sales transactions and customer interactions to confirm successful customer enrollment
• Identify new sales opportunities through customer outreach and lead generation within assigned territory

Qualifications

of a Sales & Customer Service Trainee:

• Experience in a Customer service or Sales role is preferred but not required
• Comfortable working with customers and explaining product and services available
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the drive to meet or exceed goals
• Ability to work independently and as part of our Sales & Customer Service Trainee team
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
