365 Security Guards (Austin, TX) Hours: 24-32 hours/week (flexible schedule)Compensation: Base pay + commission + bonuses (total comp $65k+) $19/hr 5% Location: Austin, Texas (in-field visits + phone/email follow-up) About 365 Security Guards 365 Security Guards is a growing security guard company serving Texas businesses. We help protect people, property, and peace of mind through reliable, professional guard services. We're expanding and looking for a motivated consultant who enjoys meeting people and building relationships. Position Summary You'll be the first point of contact for local businesses that may need security guard services. Your role is to visit with business managers, introduce our services, build relationships, and set qualified appointments for our sales/management team. You'll also follow up consistently by phone, email, and in person. This is a great fit for someone who wants a career path in sales or someone seeking flexible part-time work while staying active in the community.
