Overview Metropolitan Ford is offering a rare opportunity for experienced automotive sales professionals to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive , you'll guide customers through the Ford buying experience while building lasting relationships and representing one of the most trusted brands in the industry. Unlike many dealerships, we don 't pay per unit sold -- instead, we offer a draw plus commission pay structure that rewards your performance, not just volume. Key Responsibilities * Build strong relationships with customers by delivering an exceptional, customer-first experience. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to match customers with the perfect Ford vehicle. * Confidently demonstrate Ford features, technology, and benefits. * Assist customers with financing and trade-in evaluations with transparency and professionalism. * Maintain an organized, appealing showroom that reflects the Ford brand standard. * Record leads, customer interactions, and sales activity accurately in CRM tools. * Follow up proactively with potential buyers and generate new opportunities. * Work closely with management and teammates to achieve and exceed sales goals. * Stay up to date on Ford products, industry trends, and competitor offerings. * Provide multilingual support when possible to meet diverse customer needs. Qualifications * Automotive industry sales experience is required. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and professional phone etiquette. * Familiarity with inventory management practices. * Proven ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment. * Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking software. * Multilingual abilities are a plus. * A true passion for Ford vehicles and delivering outstanding customer service.
