In this role, you'll guide residential and commercial clients through their remodeling journey, combining exceptional customer service with design expertise to create unique, tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities * Meet with prospective clients to assess their remodeling needs, providing design and sales consultations. * Prepare detailed estimates and quotes for prospective projects. * Develop custom solutions for residential and commercial remodeling projects that reflect each client's vision. * Educate clients on StressLess Remodeling's exclusive products, services, and installation processes. * Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. * Work collaboratively with project managers and customer relations team to ensure seamless handoff of projects for execution. * Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client communications using CRM tools. * Attend company training programs to stay informed about new products, processes, and company updates. Qualifications * Previous experience in outside sales, design consultation, or a related field is highly preferred but not required. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and build trust. * A passion for design and the remodeling industry, with the ability to visualize and create customized solutions. * Experience with estimating or preparing project quotes is a strong plus. * Self-motivated with the ability to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. * Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus. * Valid driver's license and insurance, and ability to travel for client consultations. * Ability to pass a background check What We Offer * Income opportunities that makes sense: * Bi-weekly pay cycle. * Generous earning potential with commissions and project bonuses included in total compensation range. * Pay advance for first 30-days as you build your income pipeline * Work-Life Balance: * 2 "date nights" off a week, 2 weekends off per month. * Unique Perks: * Rewards such as gift cards, dinners, and cash prizes * Rotating sales promos and contests.
