Position Summary: As an Inside Sales Coordinator you serve as the primary engine for business development focusing on securing high-value consignment lead generation and growing the buyer network through online and phone communication channels. This role is office-based and high-volume, often involving 60-80 outbound calls per day to contractors, fleet operators and dealers. Position Responsibilities: * Makes a minimum of 60-80 outgoing sales-related calls a day. * Coordinate sales team by assisting throughout the sales transaction. * Ensure the accuracy of sales-related paperwork during the consignment process and assist in getting all proper documentation in from customers. * Give after-sales support when requested and follow up with customers. * Handle the process of all consignments with accuracy and timeliness. * Support the outside sales team, including one or more Territory Managers, with home office support. * Monitor your progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. * Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events, when applicable * Ensure adherence to laws and policies. * Assist in sales generation, lead follow up, CRM input/management, and necessary sales assistance. * Ensure all sales policies and procedures are being met, helping to maintain compliance. * Takes incoming calls and directs customers where necessary. * Assist Marketing team as assigned to further support the sales team. * Performs general administration duties. * All other duties assigned. Skills: * Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus. * Outgoing with comfortability speaking over the phone * Proficiency in English * Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * A team player with a high level of dedication and drive * Proficiency in using Microsoft programs and general computer skills. * Customer Service Oriented Education and Experience Requirements * Must have the ability to use Excel, Word, CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Monday.com or similar), Outlook, and must be comfortable working on a computer. * Experience in sales, cold calling is a plus. * Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and closing skills. * Must be persistent, energetic, and organized. * Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals. * An understanding of heavy equipment is a plus.
