Alexandria, VA | Local & Regional Territory Base Salary: $40,000 (flexible for proven field sellers) + Uncapped Commission Realistic First-Year Earnings: $80K -$115K+ As we move into the new year, we're continuing to expand our Alexandria sales team and are hiring territory-based field sales representatives focused on consistency, activity, and long-term earning potential. This is a true outside sales role designed for reps who are comfortable in the field and motivated by performance-based income. What You 'll Do * Cover Alexandria and surrounding Northern Virginia territory * Visit local small businesses daily (convenience stores, liquor stores, gas stations, restaurants, independent retail) * Prospect, build relationships, and pitch vending, coin-op, and POS partnership programs * Work a combination of provided cold routes and self-sourced walk-ins * Build territory presence through consistent in-person visits * Track outreach, pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM * Close new business and expand existing relationships Compensation & Benefits * $40,000 base salary * Base may be flexible for candidates with strong, proven outside or route sales experience * Uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of $80K -$115K+ * Additional performance bonuses * Travel reimbursement (gas, tolls, and parking) * Paid training with structured onboarding and ongoing development * Health benefits + PTO * Monday-Friday field schedule (no weekends) * Clear advancement opportunities for top performers Ideal Profile * Experience in outside sales, field sales, canvassing, route sales, or territory sales -- or a strong hunter mindset with willingness to learn * Comfortable approaching business owners face-to-face * Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined with daily activity * Resilient with objections and rejection * Motivated by results, performance, and commission-based income If you're looking to start the year in a field-based sales role with clear expectations, structured support, and real earning potential, we'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
